Try Chef Kieron’s Holiday Ham, which is dry rubbed and cured for 3 weeks, then slowly smoked for 16 hours in our 200-year-old smokehouse and cooked sous vide for 24 hours to perfection. Alternatively, go for something sweet with his signature figgy pudding – an old family recipe with 30+ ingredients! Top with brandy butter and this traditional treat makes for a scrumptious gift.
