Cornman Farms hosts weddings for 4 to 75 people. We have four different packages that cater to different sized weddings.
- Intimate Weddings can host 15-75 people all year
- Elopements can host 4-14 people people all year
- Tiny Weddings can host 4-10 people (offered 4 times each year)
Yes our property, venues and bathrooms are ADA accessible.
Of course! We welcome any kind of love.
Nails, staples, pushpins, duct tape, confetti, glitter and glue are not permitted. String and wire are acceptable materials for decorating. Decorations are not permitted on the pillars, walls or windows of the Facilities without prior approval from Cornman. Host will be responsible for any damages to the Facilities as provided in the Agreement. Rice, birdseed, confetti and flower petals shall not be thrown or used in the Facilities or anywhere else on the Farm. Use of these decorations can result in $500 clean up fee or loss of damages deposit.
Vendors can arrive during your rental period, per your agreement, and are also responsible for breaking down florals and decor during your rental period. Any additional time needed will be based on availability and will result in additional charges.

The Corman Farms production and execution team is exclusively responsible for the setup and breakdown of in-house rental and service items. All outside decor and rental items are the sole responsibility of the wedding couple.
Yes, Cornman Farms has 175 parking spots and overflow parking available. Please note, we do not allow cars to stay on property overnight.
Our production team works with couples to ensure their wedding off without a hitch.
- We have a generator so you will never have to worry about the lights going out!
- Our Red Barn loft is a perfect option for your ceremony on a rainy day — couples choose to get married in the barn on sunny days as well!
- Additionally, if you envision an outdoor ceremony there are 2 places on property that can accommodate ceremony tents. Please note, that these tents are at the cost and discretion of the wedding couple.
During the planning process, you’ll be communicating with our production staff via Tripleseat an event planning software. There is a small but mighty team of us who produce the events here on the farm, and you’ll have the opportunity to work with all of us. We’ve designed our process this way to ensure that there is someone working at the farm and monitoring client communication 7 days a week, so your questions and phone calls are always answered quickly and knowledgeably! Two weeks prior to your wedding date your event producer and concierge (package dependent) will be assigned to you!

All events include non-alcoholic beverages, but each wedding package has a unique food and beverage offering.
- Intimate Weddings do include catering and your wedding cake, but do not include alcohol.**
- Elopements do include catering and your wedding cake, but do not include alcohol.**
- Tiny Weddings do not include catering, but do include a sparkling wine toast and your wedding cake.
**Beverage package upgrades are available for intimate weddings and elopements.
Yes, Cornman Farms provides all the food for intimate weddings and elopements. For Bespoke weddings we offer catering for up to 120 people at an additional per person cost. For larger receptions we partner exclusively with Zingerman’s Catering & Events, Zingerman’s Roadhouse Catering and Forte Belanger. All wedding cakes are exclusively baked and designed by Zingerman’s Bakehouse.
Yes. All liquor is purchased and provided by Cornman Farms. You are not able to outsource liquor and beverage service.

In order to confirm your wedding date we require the following:
- Signed and dated wedding agreement
- 50% payment of package price and administrative fee
- $500 security deposit
We require three payments:
- Initial payment (50% of package price/50% of admin fee and damages deposit) due at booking.
- Subsequent payment (remaining 50% of package price/50% of admin fee) due 3 months prior to event.
- Final payment (sales tax plus all upgrades) due 3 weeks prior.
- 12+ months out a client will receive a full refund of their deposit
- From 9 to 12 months out a client will receive 50% refund of their deposit
- Less than 9 months out a client will forgo their deposit
